It’s been WEEKS since the July release of ‘Girls Trip,’ produced by Will Packer, and directed by Malcolm D. Lee. So if you STILL haven’t seen the comedy, you’re seriously:
To put a little more FIRE underneath of you, it’s just been revealed that the film has broken yet another barrier by becoming the first film written, produced, directed, and starring an ALL BLACK cast to make $100 million dollars!!!! Keep in mind that production cost was only $19 million, so they made over $80 million dollars.

“The popular summer movie– produced by Will Packer, directed by Malcolm D. Lee, and starring Regina Hall, Queen Latifah, Jada Pinkett-Smith, and Tiffany Haddish— made $100.1 million domestically and $109.9 worldwide. The heart-warming, knee slapping film is among the highest grossing movies starring black actresses, behind “Sister Act” ($142 million in 1992) and “Hidden Figures” ($169 million in 2016).”
This is MAJOR! Congratulations is most certainly in order!
