Civil Lawsuit Brought Against Keyshia Cole After The 2014 “Birdman” Feud Attack

Remember when Keyshia Cole and Birdman were dating back in 2014?

Remember when Keyshia Cole released that video of her grinding on a piano “sexually” for Birdman?

Then…. remember when Keyshia Cole pulled up at Birdman’s condo and found another woman inside?

SHE WENT BALLISTIC!

On September 19th 2014, singer Keyshia Cole spent her Friday morning behind bars after “allegedly” assaulting a woman who she believed was sleeping with her boyfriend/Cash Money CEO “Birdman.”

According to TMZ:

“Keyshia showed up at a condo complex in West L.A. at around 5 AM. We’re told she went there to see Birdman who she’s reportedly dating. Our sources say… for some reason security let her go up to Birdman’s penthouse and when she got in she saw another woman and went nuts. Keyshia attacked the woman, leaving scratches all over her face. Cops were called and Keyshia was arrested for battery and an outstanding reckless driving warrant. She was released on $46,000 bail.”

The criminal assault charges were eventually dropped!

But Sabrina Mercadel says….. NOT SO FAST! She has filed a civil lawsuit against Keyshia Cole for financial and physical damages.

Sabrina is asking for the following:

  1. 1.5 million [pain & suffering]
  2. $500k [emotional distress]
  3. $2 million [loss of use of body part]
  4. $200k [future medical expenses]
  5. $50k [Loss of earnings]
  6. $300k [future loss of earnings]

According to Sabrina, her relationship with Birdman was “plutonic” and should have never caused Cole to attack her!

Keyshia has now joined the “Love & Hip Hop” franchise, so we’ll see if this drama unfolds on camera!
